WHAT’S INCLUDED

Wedding Barn

  • Seats up to 150 guests very comfortably – tables and chairs for 150 guests included (See photos; linens not included)

  • One hexagon arbor & two crosses available for ceremony backdrops

  • Catering kitchen with prep tables, ice machine, commercial sinks, commercial dishwasher, heating racks, commercial refrigerator (Vendors love our kitchen! See photos)

  • Full service bar with commercial equipment and two serving areas

  • High-speed wifi available for all guests (630mbps download speed!)

  • Distributed 70 volt, built-in world-class stereo system with 4-zone Beale speakers; 12 speakers total, inside and outside, making a DJ optional (you can plug-and-play with your phone!)

  • 100 headphones for a Silent Disco

  • Extensive lighting system (inside and out); variable color ceiling lights, adjustable for tone & ambiance

  • Climate controlled for both air conditioning & heating

  • ADA compliant ♿️

  • Built-in TV set to display of pictures & videos

You have access to all of the above from Friday noon - Sunday noon on your wedding weekend!

 FAQs

  • No, we don’t! We have one package and one price. You get our whole venue for the whole weekend for one flat fee.

    Why? Because we want all of our attention to be on bride & groom and their wedding party for the weekend. When you book your wedding, the whole weekend is yours!

  • We do NOT provide any outside services; you hire and/or bring your own caterer, photographer, florist, DJ, alcohol & bartenders, etc.

  • Event planners are not provided, but they ARE required. Please be sure to hire a wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator.

  • Yes! Our 1930’s fully restored Farm House is perfect for our newlyweds (and a few friends or family members).

    We will also have a 13-bed, 5500 sq.ft. newly remodeled house with a swimming pool in walking distance available in 2024! Stay tuned for details (or contact us about it today).

  • Yes! Our farm spans 100+ acres and couples have gotten married all over: outside of our Vintage Barn, under our old oak tree near the Farm House, in the gorgeous sprawling field outside the Wedding Barn (which has been irrigated, sodded, and flattened specifically for events, ceremonies and activities)…the options are endless.

    In the case of inclement weather, our Wedding Barn provides a beautiful and classic indoor location for a ceremony that has to be moved indoors (though canopy tents are welcome, too).

  • Yes – our Wedding Barn capacity is 150 people. Please keep your guest list to 150 or below.

  • You have access to the property from 12PM Friday - 12PM Sunday. You’re welcome to do any setting up and breaking down within those times – from there, the schedule is up to you!

  • Outdoor music must end by 10PM (per county ordinance) and your event must end by 11PM.

  • Our venue offers a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. To help you plan, the climate leans towards warm, sunny days, especially in the spring and fall with some occasional rainfall.

    Below is a table that you can reference for average highs, lows, and precipitation throughout the year. This will give you a good idea of what kind of weather to expect for your big day.

    Things to Consider: As with any outdoor event, keep in mind that there can always be variations in the weather. The table above provides averages, so be sure to check forecasts closer to your date to finalize any backup plans. (We’ve had some beautiful ceremonies under outdoor tents, even in beautiful sunny weather!

    Overall, Statesville offers a lovely climate for an outdoor ceremony, with plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures, especially during the spring and fall months. With a little planning, your outdoor wedding can be a truly magical experience!

  • No. Flame candles of any kind are not allowed indoors or out.

    We do provide battery operated candles.

    Custom matches/matchboxes are allowed as wedding favors (as long as no one lights them on the premises, outside of using them for smoking).

  • Yes! We welcome dogs and we’ve had several couples include them in their ceremonies. We even provide doggy bags and two clean up/disposal stations on the property. Feel free to bring your pup!

  • Absolutely! We love when our booked couples use the property for photoshoots before and after their nuptials on our farm. Just get in touch with us first to set up a day & time.

    *We kindly request that only couples who are booked to be married at our venue take engagement or other kinds of photos on the property. This is to ensure that our venue remains available for our wedding clients and to maintain the privacy and tranquility of our grounds.

  • Our venue-provided Security Officer(s):

    • Help with parking + Assist guests to and from their cars

    • Drive the golf cart + venue vehicles to escort ADA guests

    • Escort photographer around property

    • Provide safety measures in case of emergency (including CPR + first aid)

    • Light + maintain all exterior fires for the length of your event

    • Upkeep bathroom maintenance
